At least 20 individuals have been reported injured in a shooting at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. First responders on the scene also indicated that there are several possible fatalities.
The shooter is believed to have fled the area, and it is currently unclear if shots are still being fired. In response to the situation, the university has advised students to lockdown, silence their phones, and remain hidden until further notice.
