Sources from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) report that the Syrian National Army (SNA) is attempting to advance west from Tell Abyad in northeastern Syria. Meanwhile, Syrian government forces have launched an incursion across the Euphrates River in al-Bukamal, located along the Iraqi border, which has reportedly failed.
