[Video] MT QENDIL tanker attacked by drones in Mediterranean, 10th incident this year

Video: Footage shows the attack on the Oman-flagged sanctioned Crude Oil Tanker MT QENDIL in the Mediterranean, where it was struck by multiple drones.

The incident occurred on December 19th, 2025, in neutral Mediterranean waters. MT QENDIL is associated with Russia’s shadow fleet and is listed under EU/UK sanctions. The tanker had departed the Gulf of Kutch, India on November 30th after discharging.

Ukrainian media reported that the attack was carried out by Ukraine’s SBU. The video highlights the use of UAVs in the attack, which is noted as a difference from previous incidents.
