Video: A Russian citizen on a work visa in Israel has been charged with carrying out surveillance missions on behalf of Iran. The video details the arrest of Vitaly Zvyagintsev, 30, who was taken into custody in early December as part of a joint investigation by the Shin Bet and the Director of Security of the Defense Establishment. This morning, an indictment was filed against him.
