Personnel have begun installing covers on fence lines at Rafael Hernández Airport in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The purpose of these installations is to block spotters" views of movements related to the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
This development comes amid recent military activities in the region, including the deployment of 10 MQ-9A Reaper drones and 36 fighter aircraft to Puerto Rico.
